Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping within Australia

 

Sparkleme uses Australia Post to despatch all deliveries. Shipping to anywhere in Australia is a flat $12 regardless of the order size! For Australian domestic deliveries, we use registered post through Australia Post. Registered Post automatically provides insurance cover for up to $100, however please provide a street delivery address as a signature is required.

  

Normal processing time is around 2-3 business days from the date your payment is received and cleared in the case of cheques. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipments within Australia will then take around 1-5 business days for delivery, depending upon the address.

  

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address as stated by you in your order and through Australia Post.

  

Shipping to International Destinations (outside Australia)

 

We charge a flat rate of $40 (Australian) on all international deliveries. We will use either International Registered Post or Australia Post Express Courier International at our option.

Generally, shipments are delivered to most countries within 3-7 working days, however, due to various countries Customs Procedures, we cannot assume responsibility for delays.

You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. 

 

We regret that for legal reasons we are unable to deliver to North America or its governed territories.

 

 

We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping and other errors caused by you. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. Special orders, custom orders and sale items cannot be returned. 'Not refundable' indicated items cannot be returned.

You should inspect the product(s) immediately upon receipt at your nominated delivery address and you must notify us within eight (8) working days of delivery of any shortfall or incorrect orders.  

  

After we have received payment in full for the goods and the goods have been dispatched to our Delivery Service, you are the owner of the goods. We are not responsible for the risk of loss for goods during their delivery to you by the Delivery Service, unless we advise you otherwise.

 

  

   

Returns

 

We hope you are happy and confident with your Perfect6 purchases. However if you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason,  please familiarize yourself with our returns policy.

Return exchanges are accepted on goods within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within the period will not be accepted.

All items that are sent back must be posted via registered post. Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited. So we ask that you always post the item back via registered post.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.

 

For returns, store credit be given (valid for 6months) and will exclude deliver costs. If you wish to exchange then we will do an exchange once per order without charging for delivery.

  

Once you have obtained authorisation from us to return an item, you need to follow the following steps:

  1. Log into your Account page on the merchant’s Website.

  3. On the My Account homepage, click History and details of your orders (or equivalent) to view your orders.
  4. In the row of the order that contains the merchandise you want to return, click details.
  5. In the order details, mark the checkbox of the item you want to return.

  6. In the Quantity box, type how many of the item you want to return.
  7. In the Merchandise return box, type the reason for the RMA.
  8. Click Make an RMA slip. 

 

In the interests of public health we are unable to accept returns for pierced earrings or underwear.

All products are individually checked before dispatch, therefore you should not receive any defective products. We carefully pack all our products, however we are not responsible for any damage during delivery.
